My yoga practice is centered on community, grounded in faith, and focused on serving. I began my yoga journey in 2015 during a military tour overseas, and it was then that I learned how yoga and meditation are powerful tools in approaching so many of life’s challenges.
I aspired to bring the gift of yoga to others, and became a certified yoga teacher in 2018. Since then I’ve been incredibly fortunate to connect with people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life as I’ve led classes in studios, gyms, on military installations, and now, online. I love working with those who are new to yoga, and I always feel inspired to share that practicing yoga doesn't have to be complicated. It doesn't require years of experience, unmatched physical flexibility, or expensive yoga props and activewear. I believe practicing yoga only requires an open mind and the personal desire to forge a deeper connection to ourselves and our world around us.
